In a kundalini yoga and kundalini meditation class; you can expect to stretch, move, breathe, meditate, and chant. There are some exercises more aerobic which are designed to increase your blood flow, oxygenate the blood, the brain.

Kundalini Yoga (KY) and kundalini yoga meditation are proven by science and by ancient yogis, to be very effective techniques to train the body and mind to be healthy, happy, and soulful.

Each class is designed with a specific purpose/result in mind. You will feel the immediate effects of your practice, you will feel more calm, more focused, more inner tranquility, and more enjoyment of life. After a couple of weeks of regular practice, you will feel beneficially transformed in a deeper level.

The class structure:

The first part is a warm-up, the kriya, we relaxation, and meditation. The exercises that we practice during a session is a series of organized exercises that each go for a certain amount of time. These exercises that come in groups are called kriyas. Although, it is interesting to note that there are kriyas as short as one exercise only.

We want our children to learn how to experience and express their body’s, emotion’s using the tools that are provided by kundalini yoga at the children’s yoga classes online. Children also benefit from children’s yoga classes including both, kundalini yoga meditation, and mental health yoga classes online.

Events

We host especial events where we invite our community to attend the class with their love partner and experience each other sharing a kundalini yoga practice designed for couples.
