Kundalini Yoga is one of the oldest forms of Yoga in the world. This classic yoga uses kriyas (exercises) which specifically boost organ systems, the nervous system, and enhance the bodies endocrine system. Energetically it serves to cleanse, tonify or balance the chakras and nadis (energy channels) of the body while awakening the sacred Kundalini which lies dormant in the yogi. For those people with specific structural or health or psychological challenges there are specialized kriyas which can be used to overcome these setbacks.

This is an ALL LEVELS course with chosen kriyas to strengthen the bodies metabolism, enhance personal immunity, and to increase overall energy. We have also included a kriya to balance three master glands of the endocrine system which, if working properly, enhance longevity and return youthfulness to the body.
