Meditation is an art, there are many different ways to meditate. In Abundanceflow we explore and teach different types of meditations. We are continuously holding different Events where you get to learn these techniques.

There are meditations which focus on repeating mantras accompanied with a mudra (hand postures).

Mantras, which are used in Kundalini Yoga contain seed syllables, have a powerful effect on the mind and consciousness of a practitioner.

Advanced traditional Vedic yoga practitioners used to (and still do) formulate specific Sanskrit letters and sounds to remedy a particular imbalance in an aspiring yogi.

Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan uses specific mantras with simple asanas or meditations to affect qualities of the mind. We also teach other types of meditations, like Buddhist meditations, Sufi meditations to name a few. Mantras affect through vibrations the glands and fluids of the body (pineal gland, pituitary gland, thyroid, thymus, etc.) This in turn optimizes the regulation of the endocrine system and affects the mood and ultimately plays a key role in the mindset which the practitioner develops. We also offer, as part of a Wellness Plan & Yoga Therapy Consultation specific mantras and kriyas that are laser targeted to your needs for physical, mental, or spiritual well being.
